The use of the term “spyware” for this particular phishing attack is, to the best of my knowledge, completely insupportable. The only thing this malware tries to do is get a credit card number.

Great idea Dee! The “cloud” is really “the internet.” Google and others publish applications in “the cloud” for people to use. For example, Google Docs is Google’s online version of an office suite (document editor, spreadsheet, etc…). There are also music services, games, and other services. The bad side is that you need the internet for most of them… without it you can’t get to your documents, music, etc… So that’s the dilema at this point.
